We want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied with our supplements. If you don’t see any improvement after 30 days, here’s how to request your refund:
- Document the Process: Take a clear “Before” photo of your pet on Day 1 and an “After” photo on Day 30.
- Regular Feeding Proof: Provide proof of a consistent feeding schedule for 30 days (photos, videos, or dated notes).
- Submit Your Claim: Email your before/after photos, feeding proof, and order number to info@kalahealth.sg within 35 days of receiving the product.
- Refund Processing: Once approved, we’ll process a full refund for the product cost (please arrange tracked shipment back to our warehouse) within 7 business days.
