Refund policy

We want every order to arrive safely and meet your expectations. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only eligible if the product is damaged, defective, or there is a shipping error by Kala Health SG.

Exceptions & Important Notes (Please read before placing an order):

  • Refunds will not be processed for change of mind once an order has been confirmed.
  • Damaged or defective claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Products that are opened, used, or consumed cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, and notifying us after shipment resulting in a return, will not be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • We may request photo evidence of the damaged or defective item before processing any refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued if the item is out of stock at the time of purchase and no replacement or alternative product is available.
  • Refunds will not be processed for change of mind once an order has been confirmed.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to process after confirmation.
  • Dropping off a return order at our warehouse is strictly not allowed.

Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your order if there was a mistake from Kala Health SG. Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • A wrong item was delivered.
  • The item arrived broken, defective, or damaged.

Please note:

  • Exchanges due to change of mind are not allowed.
  • In rare, exceptional cases (subject to approval), exchanges or returns for change of mind may be arranged. A processing fee of $10.00 will apply.

To request an exchange, contact us via email info@kalahealth.sg within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the product and packaging for verification. If your exchange is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
